MonMon Photography is for customers who wish to commission natural, dignified portraits of their pets to create memories that can be enjoyed long after their best friends have passed, through heirloom quality wall art and photo albums.

 

The challenge  

  1. Create a visual identity and logo mark that was friendly and approachable, while still conveying a sense of style and sophistication to match the product offering.
  2. Design an easy to navigate website for desktop and handhelds, with an emphasis on easy booking of photo sessions.
  3. Creative direction of all artwork and products to be sold under the MonMon brand.
  4. Appease the most difficult client in the world - MYSELF!

I knew that I wanted to create a sophisticated brand image that resonates with my ideal customer;  those who enjoy fine-art photography products as much as I do and wish to celebrate their pup's life through photography, just as they would for their children or other relatives.  I also wanted a visual tone that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Photo sessions are supposed to be a fun and relaxing outing for pup-parents and their four-leggers, so finding a balance was crucial.
